Aims of the module:

  1. Provide student with understanding of the Front Office department and its function
  2. Recosnigse the various roles within the Front Office department
  3. Recognise and acquire skills on effective verbal communication within the Front Office department
  4. Acquire skills on how to perform various Front Office services within the department
  5. Recognise the basic supervisory skills of a Front Office Supervisor in ensuring that operational standards are met

  2. Practical 1 30%
  3. Practical 2 30%
