This module provides students a common level of understanding of the Health, Safety and environment, develop a culture of safe working habits in all areas of activity through the understanding and compliance with established standards, procedures and guidelines and also develop the student's competence and influence responsibility in keeping and maintain safe and health working environment within hospitality and tourism industry.
