August 2022 – Heartiest congratulations to two IBTE graduates for being awarded The Government of Russia Scholarship.

Abdul Hakeem Afiq Abdullah, graduated with HNTec in Laboratory Science, is pursuing a degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He will spend a total of 7 years, with the one year of Russian Language for Foreign Student and six years for the degree.

Nor Akma Suhada @ Siti Qamalia binti Matsapar, graduated with HNTec in Laboratory Science, is pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Biotechnology. She will spend a total of 5 years,  with one year of Russian Language for Foreign Student and four years for the degree.

The Russian Government scholarship includes free tuition for the entire duration of the chosen programme, maintenance allowance and accommodation in dormitories for full-time students. Students without sufficient knowledge of the Russian language must attend a one-year pre-university course and must pass the final Russian language examination to receive the right to continue their studies in their chosen degree course. Prospective students who do not pass their exams lose their right to free tuition.
