IBTE SWOL (Safe Working and Learning) Card is a safety reporting tool that encourages staff and students to proactively identify, intervene, and report unsafe acts, conditions, environmental concerns, or any HSE non-compliance. The card supports a shared responsibility for safety by guiding users to observe hazards, approach safely, discuss improvements, document findings, and submit reports to Campus HSE Officers. It aims to prevent incidents, strengthen IBTE’s safety culture, and promote continuous HSE improvement through timely intervention and reporting.
