Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division at IBTE is responsible for managing and supporting the institution’s workforce through strategic planning, recruitment, development, and administration. Its core function is to align human resource strategies with IBTE’s overall goals by overseeing staffing processes, training and development, performance management, and employee welfare. The division plays a key role in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across all campuses and divisions.​

Human Resources Division handles the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. It supports staff growth through training programmes, career development initiatives, and succession planning. The division also manages personnel matters such as salary increments, leave and retirement, welfare benefits, and recognition awards. Additionally, Human Resources Division maintains and operates HR information systems to ensure accurate and secure employee data management.

Finance Division​

The Finance Division at IBTE is responsible for managing the institution’s financial operations to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance with national financial regulations. Its core functions include preparing financial reports and statements, managing budget allocations, processing payments, and overseeing revenue collection. The division plays a key role in supporting IBTE’s financial planning and decision-making by providing accurate fiscal data and strategic financial advice.​

It ensures that all financial activities—from staff salaries and allowances to procurement and inventory—are carried out in accordance with established guidelines. The division also monitors the submission and processing of invoices, manages financial correspondence, and coordinates with relevant ministries and agencies to resolve financial queries and ensure timely reporting.

Corporate Affairs Division​

The Corporate Affairs Division at IBTE is responsible for driving the institution’s strategic direction and strengthening its public image. It plays a key role in ensuring that IBTE’s mission and vision are effectively supported through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and coordinated communication efforts. The division also oversees initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and visibility.​

Corporate Affairs Division is made up of two main units. The Corporate Planning and Coordination Unit manages the development and tracking of IBTE’s Strategic Plan, monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compiles strategic initiatives, and coordinates the publication of IBTE’s Annual Reports. Meanwhile, the Marketing and Publicity Unit handles internal and external communications, public relations, and media engagement. This includes managing IBTE’s social media platforms, producing promotional materials, coordinating media interviews, and supporting the promotion of IBTE’s programmes to the public.

Together, these units ensure that IBTE maintains a strong and positive presence both within the institution and in the wider community.​
