National Skills Competition

The WorldSkills Brunei National Competition 2026 (WSBNC2026) is a biennial event organized by the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) with support from the Ministry of Education. It serves as a platform for Bruneian youth to showcase their talents in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).

Brunei’s national competition is directly linked to the WorldSkills movement, a global initiative that celebrates excellence in vocational skills.

WSBNC2026: 27 – 29 January 2026 at BRIDEX, Jerudong and IBTE Campuses in 17 Skills Areas.
