Getting Ready to use TVESIS
Before using TVESIS ensure that you are connected to the internet via:
Wi-fi
- Yes, I have connected to a Wi-fi Connection.
- Yes, signal strength is good/excellent.
- Yes, my web browser is up-to-date.
- Yes, my device’s antivirus is up-to-date.
- Yes, I know that the TVESIS is https://ibte.edu.bn/campus.
Using Wired
- Yes, I have connected the network cable to the device.
- Yes, my web browser is up-to-date.
- Yes, my device’s antivirus is up-to-date.
- Yes, I know that the TVESIS is https://ibte.edu.bn/campus.
TVESIS Support
If your device does not comply with the above checklist, you can do the following troubleshooting:
- Are other websites like google.com, yahoo.com working?
If there is still Internet Connectivity Issues, please check with your ICT Manager within your campus or contact the ITS Service Desk at it.support@ibte.edu.bn.
