    User roles are used to ensure that the user assigned to these roles can only access a particular set of functions in the system. The following list down a list of roles that are available for school users as well as a list of functions that the role does which are configured in the system.

    Group Leader


    Role Name: IBTE_GROUP_LEADER

    The following roles should also be assigned to the Group Leader along with the IBTE_GROUP_LEADER role:

    Manage Attendance Create and Maintain Attendance Roster
    Record class attendance and reasons for absent / lateness.
    View the Attendance Rosters for the past terms.
    Update & Print Attendance Roster.
    Manage attendance roster for other activities.
    View and generate reports of attendance statistics for school use.
    Manage Assessments Confirm and finalize assessments marks and LSPD marks.
    Generate reports such as overall marks for all modules.

    Module Instructor


    Role Name: IBTE_MODULE_INSTRUCTOR

    The following roles should also be assigned to the Module Instructor along with the IBTE_MODULE_INSTRUCTOR role:

    Manage Attendance Maintain Attendance Roster
    Record class attendance and reasons for absent / lateness.
    Manage Assessments Record assessments marks.
    Record LSPD marks.

    Program Leader


    Role Name: IBTE_PROGRAM_LEADER

    The following roles should also be assigned to the Program Leader along with the IBTE_PROGRAM_LEADER role:

    Manage Timetable Create and Maintain Timetable
    Assign the Group Leader
    Activate / Deactivate Semester
