User roles are used to ensure that the user assigned to these roles can only access a particular set of functions in the system. The following list down a list of roles that are available for school users as well as a list of functions that the role does which are configured in the system.
Role Name: IBTE_GROUP_LEADER
The following roles should also be assigned to the Group Leader along with the IBTE_GROUP_LEADER role:
Manage Attendance | Create and Maintain Attendance Roster |
Record class attendance and reasons for absent / lateness. | |
View the Attendance Rosters for the past terms. | |
Update & Print Attendance Roster. | |
Manage attendance roster for other activities. | |
View and generate reports of attendance statistics for school use. | |
Manage Assessments | Confirm and finalize assessments marks and LSPD marks. |
Generate reports such as overall marks for all modules. |
Role Name: IBTE_MODULE_INSTRUCTOR
The following roles should also be assigned to the Module Instructor along with the IBTE_MODULE_INSTRUCTOR role:
Manage Attendance | Maintain Attendance Roster |
Record class attendance and reasons for absent / lateness. | |
Manage Assessments | Record assessments marks. |
Record LSPD marks. |
Role Name: IBTE_PROGRAM_LEADER
The following roles should also be assigned to the Program Leader along with the IBTE_PROGRAM_LEADER role:
Manage Timetable | Create and Maintain Timetable |
Assign the Group Leader | |
Activate / Deactivate Semester |
