Dear staff and students,

We are pleased to share IBTE’s Strategic Plan 2019-2024. Under the Strategic Plan, IBTE aims to be a dynamic technical educational institution embracing lifelong learning. In order to ensure that the new Strategic Plan is carried out effectively, it is imperative every members of IBTE staff and student understand their role in the plan. The Strategic Plan will act as a guide in reaching our vision by 2024. This includes focus action plans such as quarterly performance reviews, targeted goals, strategic initiatives and outreach to leaders and education stakeholders in assessing the progress and engagement, and so forth. Together, it is hoped the strategic goals and outcomes outlined can be achieved in this new plan.
